RETURN TO ANCIENT FLAVORS AND AROMAS
CHEESE-MAKING WORKSHOP – Third Edition
IF YOU WANT TO LEARN, WE’RE WAITING FOR YOU!
At Maronti Beach, at Zi’ Bak Restaurant
Among the traditional arts that Pro Loco Barano d’Ischia APS seeks to pass on to younger generations, a special place is reserved for the rediscovery of the flavors and aromas of the past—simple and genuine foods.
One of these practices is the production of fresh primosale cheese.
Barano has never traditionally been a livestock-farming village; however, some farmers kept small barnyard animals, including a few goats. Their milk was given to children, and any surplus was turned into fresh primosale cheese, consumed without aging.
At the end of the workshop, a small aperitif will be offered by Pro Loco Barano d’Ischia.
