SYNOPSIS
Zootopia 2, directed by Byron Howard and Rich Moore, brings back the beloved duo of police officers Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde, who in the previous film successfully joined the Zootopia Police Department together. This time, the two partners must investigate a new case that could prove to be the most challenging and complex of their careers.
A mysterious reptile named Gary arrives in Zootopia and throws the mammal metropolis into chaos. While attending an exclusive party where a mysterious book is about to be unveiled, Judy (voiced by Ginnifer Goodwin) and Nick (voiced by Jason Bateman) find themselves trying to stop Gary De'Snake (voiced by Ke Huy Quan) from stealing it.
However, their attempt to capture him goes wrong, and Judy and Nick are mistakenly accused of being Gary’s accomplices, forcing them to go on the run alongside him. They soon discover that Gary is not the villain they thought he was—in fact, he was trying to recover the book because it contains information that could restore his damaged reputation.
The real threat is someone else: a figure who, in the past, was willing to kill to get their hands on the same book—and who will do so again unless Nick and Judy can stop them.
The investigation will put their partnership to the ultimate test, challenging the bond between the two agents like never before.
